Damaged or Defective Products
Returns
We currently do not accept returns on any orders. However, we offer a size exchange option under the conditions mentioned below.
Size Exchange
If you receive a product that does not fit, you may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange Process
Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 7755839616 with your invoice or order number (received via email at the time of purchase).
Ensure the product is in its original packaging, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
We will initiate the return process. Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we will ship the replacement.
One free exchange is allowed per order. If you need an additional exchange, you will be responsible for the fixed shipping charges of Rs.70
Important Notes
Exchange is subject to availability of stock. If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer discount coupon of similar amount or an alternative solution.
The product must be in unused and original condition for an exchange to be approved.
We do not offer refunds, only exchanges for size issues.
